Emily Holmes has a diverse work experience. Emily is currently serving as the Co-President of Big Data at Berkeley, where they oversee general meetings, professional events, and internal logistics. Before this, they held positions as Vice President of Education and Head Instructor for their high school data science bootcamp. In 2022, Emily took on the role of Internal Vice President at MDB. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Undergraduate Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they developed Fortran code for high-velocity physics simulations. Emily's achievements include earning Outstanding Student Presentation awards in Computing & IT and Physics. Emily also worked as a Research Assistant at the Functional Anatomy and Vertebrate Evolution Laboratory at UC Berkeley. Furthermore, Emily volunteered as a Research Assistant at the Los Alamos Historical Museum & Bookstore and interned there during the summer. Emily began their professional journey as a Senate Page in the United States Senate in 2018.

Emily Holmes attended Los Alamos High School from 2016 to 2020. Emily did not mention any specific degree or field of study during that time. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2020 to 2024.
