Kinga Maria Grabowska has extensive experience in training organization and project coordination, currently serving as a specialist in training project organization at MDDP since October 2013. Responsibilities include organizing various training sessions and managing administrative tasks. Previously, Kinga worked as a coordinator for the StartUp w Karierę program, where efforts focused on increasing market attractiveness for students and graduates through workshops and marketing support. Earlier roles included coaching and training at AEGEE, collaboration with university career centers, and project coordination. Kinga holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, obtained in 2010.
