Shahar leads MDGO’s global go-to-market strategy, as well as overseeing its direct sales teams’ operations. Prior to joining MDGO, Shahar managed the commercialization program at DRIVE TLV, Israel's leading mobility innovation hub, facilitating partnerships and projects with industry leaders such as Volvo, Honda, and Hertz. Before Drive, Shahar led the smart mobility domain at Deloitte Catalyst, scouting and facilitating collaborations between startups and Deloitte's global clientele. Shahar holds a BA in PPE – Philosophy, Politics and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and served as a Traffic Analyst in 8200, IDF's elite intelligence unit.
