Conrad de la Cruz

Conrad de la Cruz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer Lead at MDI Novare since November 2018, Conrad has previously held various positions including Software Engineer Lead and Senior Software Analyst. Prior to joining MDI Novare, Conrad worked as a Java Software Developer at Amdocs from April 2016 to November 2018, where responsibilities included designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining software code in alignment with engineering standards. Conrad began the professional journey as a Web Developer Intern at Iripple, Inc. in April 2015, focusing on enhancing the company's Employee Management System. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2012 and 2016.
