Melvin Loquero

Melvin Loquero is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Chapter Lead at ING Hubs Philippines since January 2024. With a career beginning as a Software Developer at Samatosa Software Developer Corporation in 2013, Melvin has held various positions including Technology Founder & Owner of a tech startup since May 2012, Technical Architect for multiple engagements, and Java Development Tech Lead/Full-stack at Manulife Philippines. Additionally, Melvin has worked as a Software Development Consultant for SL Temps Incorporated and Seer Technologies, Inc., an Application Development Team Lead/Consultant at Accenture, and an Associate Software Engineer/Full-Stack at Orange and Bronze Software Labs. Melvin holds a degree from Ateneo de Davao University, obtained between 2006 and 2013, and has a passion for building high-quality software solutions.
