Viral Shah has a diverse range of work experience. Viral is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at MDO since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at SNN Analytics from September 2019 to October 2023. Viral also founded and was a partner at Spark Group Restaurants LLC from December 2015 to August 2020. Additionally, they worked at Intermountain Healthcare from October 2011 to September 2019, holding positions such as Software Engineer - Cnslt, Principal Software Engineer, and Sr. Software Engineer. Before that, they were a TechLead / Architect at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. | Mckinsey & Company from June 2005 to October 2011. Viral started their career as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Service Ltd from April 2004 to June 2005. Viral also has experience working as a Sales and Service Engineer at Jindal Electricals from August 2003 to March 2004.

Viral Shah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Advanced Microprocessor from Gujarat University from 1999 to 2003. More recently, they pursued a Master of Business Creation degree from the University of Utah between 2020 and 2021.
