Ben Southworth

Ben Southworth is currently the Head of Reward & Systems at Mishcon de Reya LLP, where Ben leads the Reward & Systems Team in bringing together expertise in compensation, benefits, systems, process, data, and reporting. Ben manages various key activities such as equity partner remuneration, employee remuneration, salary reviews, bonus processes, payroll submission, benefits management, and more. With a background in HR management at General Dynamics UK Limited, Ben has extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders, line management responsibilities, HR projects, compensation, and benefits. Ben holds a MA in European Politics and Policy from The University of Manchester, along with a BA in History and A Levels in History, General Studies, Maths, and Economics.
