Brian Morgan

Brian Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brian is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at MDS Global, where they are responsible for managing and developing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Senior Operations Support Manager at Concentrix from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Concentrix (acquired Convergys) and was responsible for marketing strategy and asset control. Brian also worked as an International Partner Manager at Convergys, where they developed and implemented a partner framework to increase sales activities. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Convergys (Acquired Intervoice) and was accountable for managing a team of trainers and technical authors. Brian began their career as a Technical Instructor at Intervoice, where they delivered customer training globally. Brian also worked as a Trainer and NVQ Assessor at Martin Dawes Ltd and was responsible for IT training and course development. Additionally, Brian has experience as a First-line IT Support and Pre-Sales Engineer at Martin Dawes Solutions and as a Computer Operator at De La Rue Systems. Brian completed their full-time education as a student from 1990 to 1996.

Brian Morgan earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science with Chemistry from Leicester University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Hartford College of Further Education and obtained a BTEC OND in General Science. In 2010, Brian pursued a professional qualification at DMS Consulting, obtaining a Chartered MCIPD in PAC. The end year for this qualification is not specified.
