According to her VP, Shelly’s accomplishments are the result of hard work, dedication, and always putting her clients’ needs first. Shelly has over 15 years of experience in Contact Center Management and spent 12 years at Sutherland Global Services in various leadership roles. Most recently she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Louis S. Wolk Jewish Community Center in Rochester, NY. Shelly’s versatile experience has allowed her to have a unique 360 view of the expense management industry. She has a proven track record of quick deficiency identification and the ability to implement sustainable process improvements. Shelly graduated from Tel Hai collage in Israel with a degree in visual art and art history.
