Joe Sollee

Joe Sollee has extensive experience in corporate legal and development roles, currently serving as EVP Corporate Development & General Counsel at MDxHealth since 2008. Prior to this, Joe led the Life Sciences Group at Kennedy Covington from 2006 to 2008, specializing in strategic collaborations and international law. Joe also held the position of Group General Counsel at MDxHealth from 2003 to 2006 and was CEO, General Counsel, and VP of Business Development at TherapyEdge, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Triangle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and practicing as an attorney at Swidler & Berlin from 1994 to 1997. Joe holds a JD and LLM from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
