Phil Winfield

Phil Winfield has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Phil began their career at IBM Global Services as a Computer Operator from 1988 to 1989. Phil then worked at Willis, where they held various roles including Communications Support, Communications Development, and Network Services Project Manager from 1990 to 1997. At Bull Information Systems, Phil served as the Network and Contract Manager, responsible for managing Cambridgeshire County Council's network and formulating project proposals. Phil also served in the Territorial Army as a member of the 6th Royal Anglian from 1991 to 1998.

In 1998, Phil joined Linklaters as a Project Manager and progressed to roles such as Quality and Project Planning Manager and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they led the development and implementation of global policies, managed the opening of new offices, and introduced project processes and governance structures.
