Clinton Smith

Clinton Smith is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various roles within the kitchen. Since January 2015, Clinton has served as Sous Chef at Meadowbrook Country Club, previously holding the position of Chef De Partie. Prior experience includes a Chef De Partie role at Old Warson Country Club from May 2012 to January 2015 and Chef De Partie at Washington University in St. Louis from July 2011 to May 2012. Clinton also worked as a Baker at Oak Barrel Bistro from October 2010 to July 2011. Clinton holds a Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-St Peters, completed in 2011.
