Jen Schoenhofer

Jen Schoenhofer, RN, is the Director of Nursing Services at Meadowlark. Jen provides leadership with an emphasis on team building, resident advocacy and providing services focused on quality care and resident focused outcomes.

Jen joined the Meadowlark team in April 2015. She has a wide variety of experience in the medical industry, including: emergency room, pediatrics (home health, triage and clinic) and dermatology. Jen was the Director of Nursing (DON) beginning in 2008 in Wilson, Kansas, and then she moved to Denver where she worked as a DON for a large skilled facility.

Originally from Chapman, Kansas where she completed high school, Jen graduated from the Kansas Wesleyan University RN Program in 2000.

Jen and her husband, Mike, live in Manhattan, Kansas. They have a blended family with five children: Shane, Taylor, Shannon, Cameron and Trinity.
