Mike Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career at Twentieth Century Fox as the Executive Creative Director, overseeing the development of creative materials for the promotion of high-profile motion pictures and implementing branding initiatives for Fox Kids. Mike then joined Guthy-Renker as a Creative Director, where they oversaw daily creative operations and managed the development of digital and creative elements for various brands.

After leaving Guthy-Renker, Mike served as the VP of Creative Development at Cricut, where they managed the organization's daily creative operations and oversaw the development of all creative elements across cross-functional teams. Mike then joined Basic Research as the VP of Brand Creative, where they oversaw all day-to-day creative functions and successfully launched a new product.

Mike later worked at Fox Entertainment Group as a Creative Photography Producer, where they were responsible for producing seasonal photo galleries and managing PR efforts for multiple series. Mike then served as the Creative Director at Scale Media, Inc., a tech-driven direct-to-consumer company in the beauty and wellness industries.

Most recently, Mike worked as a Freelance Creative Director and Brand Marketing consultant at MTCD, LLC. and currently holds the position of VP of Creative Development at Meaningful Beauty. In this role, they play a key role in developing highly effective skincare and hair care systems. Overall, Mike's work experience showcases their expertise in creative direction, brand marketing, and product development.

Mike Thomas attended UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1993 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, with a focus on Global Peace & Security and Political Science.
