Nivek P.

Nivek P. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Nivek started their career as an Accounting Intern at Daksha Patel C.P.A. Inc. in 2011, where they gained experience in financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, and tax return preparation. Nivek then moved on to Deloitte in 2012, where they served as an Audit Manager, working with both public and private companies in the consumer business industry. Their responsibilities included conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, and managing engagement budgets. In 2017, Nivek joined Guthy-Renker Ventures, LLC as an Accounting Manager and later transitioned into the role of Assistant Controller. Here, they continued to gain experience in financial management and oversight. Currently, Nivek is working at Meaningful Beauty as the VP Controller and Head of HR, where they are responsible for overseeing financial operations and leading the HR department.

Nivek P. completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting at UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2011. Following that, Nivek pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011 to 2012. In October 2013, Nivek obtained a CPA certification from the Board of Accountancy.
