Keith Barber

Keith Barber currently serves as Estimator Coordinator at Mears Group, Inc. and as a County Road Commission Commissioner for EATON COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION, both since January 2022. Previously, Keith held the position of Project Estimator at Vector Force Development, LLC and served in the US Army for over 25 years, where roles included Senior Operation Manager and Operations Coach/Trainer. Key competencies include project management, organization, systems improvement, risk management, and relationship development. Keith holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence from the American Public University System, along with certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
