Matt Richardson

Matt Richardson has extensive experience in technology consulting and management. Matt has held positions such as Director of Business Technology and Security at Measurabl, Interim Director of Infrastructure and Cloud at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, Director of IT at Red Canary, and Director of Information Technology at Rausch Sturm LLP and Wisconsin Community Services. In addition to their management roles, they have also worked as a Principal Technology Strategy Consultant at Smartwave Consulting and as an Advisor for Product Strategy at Eventcopia. Earlier in their career, they served as Director of Technology at WebCME, Inc. and IT Manager at ADPS Insurance, Inc. Throughout their career, Richardson has focused on driving technology innovation and aligning it with business objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Matt Richardson completed their Organizational Leadership studies at Forward48 in 2020. Matt also earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2016 to 2017. In 1999, they studied Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Matt also gained over 20 years of professional experience through Experiential Learning in the fields of Technology, Business, Leadership, Data and Transformation. Matt holds several certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP), ITIL Foundation Level, and BetterCloud Certified Administrator. Additionally, they are a Microsoft Certified Systems Professional.
