Callum Dickerson has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Conference Coordinator for Local Impact NW, where they were responsible for creating, managing, and executing Local Impact 16. In 2017, they worked at IK Solutions as a Business Manager & Developer, developing detail-oriented skills in bookkeeping, invoicing, budget review, ROMs, and more. In 2018, they were a Seasonal Customer Experience Rep. at Stio. From 2019-2022, they worked at First Lite, first as an Ecommerce Manager, utilizing the loyalty business model to improve customer interaction, communication, and purchasing of goods and services. Callum then moved to the role of Ecommerce and Marketing Coordinator, supporting the Conservation and Content Manager in managing all customer-facing publicized content. Currently, they are the Director of Ecommerce at MeatEater, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the direct-to-consumer website store strategy, managing expenses for software/consulting services, capital investments, and eCommerce budget for MeatEater’s portfolio of brands.

Callum Dickerson attended Northwest College from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Callum then attended Western Washington University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Business & Sustainability.
