Benjamin Hatch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin started their career at JCPenney as a Human Resources Representative, providing HRIS support and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in PeopleSoft administration. Benjamin later took on the role of Operations Assistant, where they managed projects and worked on process improvements.
After their time at JCPenney, Benjamin joined EnergySolutions as an HR Administrator, where they oversaw drug screens and managed job changes in Oracle HR. Benjamin then worked at CallAssistant as an HR Manager, responsible for employee support, recruiting, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Benjamin's next role was at Target, where they served as an Operations Manager, leading teams and improving operating methods and procedures. Benjamin then transitioned to Charlotte's Web, initially as an HR Manager focused on supporting Supply Chain functions, and later as a Senior HR Manager partnering with functional leaders.
Most recently, Benjamin joined Meati as the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations. In this role, they lead the company's Total Rewards program, manages compensation and benefits programs, and oversees People Operations.
Throughout their career, Benjamin has demonstrated a strong ability to establish HR frameworks, develop HR processes, and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Benjamin has also shown a talent for building strong partnerships with business leaders and driving employee growth and development programs.
Benjamin Hatch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Weber State University in the years 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Utah State University from 2012 to 2013.
