Bridgette Brinkmann

Bridgette Brinkmann has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Bridgette most recently served as the SVP, People & Culture at Meati Foods since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP, Human Resources at Vail Resorts from January 2019 to May 2022. Bridgette also held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Danone North America (formerly WhiteWave Foods) from September 2011 to December 2018. Bridgette started their career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. HR Manager from July 2007 to September 2011. Bridgette initially began their professional journey at General Electric as an HR Manager and HRLP Graduate from January 2004 to July 2007.

Bridgette Brinkmann's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed between 1995 and 1999. Bridgette then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which was completed between 2002 and 2003. In 2012, they attended the Fielding Graduate University for a course on Evidence Based Coaching Theory. In 2019, they enrolled in the HR Leadership Executive Development program at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
