Atis Klavis

Atis Klavis has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Atis began their career in 1994 as an Administrator in the News Department of Latvian Television. In 1996, they worked as a Project Manager and Software Developer at Baltic Data SIA until 1998 when they became the Services Director at Point Transaction Systems, SIA. At Point Transaction Systems, they held various responsibilities until 2012. In 2012, they became the CEO of Encontrol Baltic, where they worked until 2019. Atis then joined MeaWallet in 2019 as a Project Manager and later became the Head of Engineering in 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Customer Success Manager at MeaWallet.

Atis Klavis has an extensive education history. Atis started in 1990 and attended Āgenskalna Ģimnāzija until 1993, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Atis then went on to study at Rīgas Tehniskā Universitāte from 1993 to 1996, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Atis continued their education at the same institution from 1996 to 1999 and received their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree, also in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Later, Atis furthered their education at Riga Business School, where they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in IT Management from 2013 to 2019.
