Kristi Brown

Kristi Brown is an experienced leader in customer success and patient access management, currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager at NantHealth since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of Senior Manager, Pre-Access at Baptist Health Care from August 2023 to February 2024, and previously worked at NantHealth as a Senior Customer Success Professional from January 2022 to August 2023. Kristi's extensive career at Baptist Health Care spanned from April 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Manager Patient Access, Patient Access Support Manager, Patient Access Support Supervisor II, and Revenue Cycle Training Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager/EHR Implementation at Woodlands Medical Specialists and various administrative roles at Baptist Medical Group. Kristi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of West Florida.
