Toni Birdsong

Toni Birdsong is an experienced marine engineer currently working at MEBA Dist 1-PCD (AFL-CIO) since February 2023. Prior to this role, Toni served as the Operating Unit Manager at Moran Towing Corporation from June 2022 to January 2023, overseeing crews and vessels while ensuring high safety standards at the Philadelphia facility. Toni's career includes serving as an Assistant Port Engineer at Centerline Logistics Corporation and gaining valuable experience as a 1st Assistant Engineer with Patriot Contract Services, LLC. Toni began maritime education at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, which was completed from 2010 to 2014, and has upgraded qualifications to hold the highest endorsements on a Merchant Mariners License.
