Mathilde Peslerbe has a diverse work experience ranging from management control assistant at Comexposium in 2016 to their current role as the Head of Transformation and Integration at Groupe MECACHROME starting in 2023. Mathilde has also held various positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2018 to 2023, including Project Leader, Consultant, and Associate. Additionally, they have experience as a visiting associate at BCG, as well as roles as the President of Delta ESSEC, a business developer at Mutum, and a part-time external advisor at Hertz, all in 2015.
Mathilde Peslerbe completed their education with a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School in the year 2019. Mathilde also obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Queen's University between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from ESSEC Business School in 2015. In 2012-2014, Mathilde attended Lycée Louis Le Grand, where they completed a program in Economics called "Classe préparatoire Economique et Commerciale option Scientifique." Additionally, Mathilde obtained the certifications TOEFL 114/120 and TOEIC 980/990 from ETS Global in 2017 and 2015 respectively, as well as a GMAT score of 660/800 in Quantitative and Verbal.
