Gilles Fernandez

Gilles FERNANDEZ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in after-sales support and operations management, currently serving as the Manager Support et Opérations SAV Pelles at Mecalac since July 2017. In this role, Gilles oversees warranty management and supplier recourse, while also acting as a Market Support Officer, providing technical and commercial advice for MECALAC's product range and maintaining technical relations among the group factories and commercial services in multiple regions including France, Switzerland, and overseas territories. Prior to Mecalac, Gilles worked at Sandvik from August 2007 to July 2017 as a Field Service Engineer, delivering technical support and training across North Africa, particularly in Morocco.
