Helen Dunston has over 40 years of diverse work experience in the banking and staffing industry. Helen has held roles such as VP Retail Area Manager, Area Manager, and Branch Manager at Mechanics Bank. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive at Balance Staffing Company, and as a Project Coordinator at Cal-Coastal Rural Development SBDC. Helen also has experience as a Customer Relationship Manager at Workwell Medical Group, Branch Manager at Select Staffing, and AVP/SBA Government Guaranteed Lending/Business Development Officer at 1st Capital Bank. Earlier in their career, they held the role of VP/Branch Manager at Community Bank of Central California and worked as an Operations Specialist at Bank of America.

Helen Dunston graduated from Alisal High School before pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Admin/Agribusiness at Hartnell College from 2015 to 2017. Helen then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness/Marketing Communications from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2020. In addition to their degrees, Helen obtained a Google Ads Display Certification from California State University, Monterey Bay in December 2019.
