Debbie Henkes

Debbie Henkes began their work experience in 1978 at Zale Corporation, where they worked in the Training Department, Field Sales Training, and Bailey Banks & Biddle Sales. Debbie then moved on to Whataburger in 1987 and Greyhound Lines, Inc. in 1988, where they served as the Manager of Training in both companies. In 1990, they joined Aviall as the Director of Human Resources, and later held the same position at First Data Corporation from 1996 to 1997. Debbie then worked at Texas Instruments as the Director of Human Resources from 1997 to 2007. Debbie later moved to Med-Trans Corporation in 2007, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources. Most recently in 2019, they joined Air Medical Group Holdings in the field of Human Resources.

Debbie Henkes holds a BA in Communications from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they earned from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at JAMES B. CONANT HIGH SCHOOL from 1970 to 1974. Debbie later pursued a masters degree in Information Studies at Texas Woman's University, which they completed between 1996 and 1998.
