Kate Clayton

Kate Clayton has a diverse background in UX design and research. Kate is currently working as the VP of UX Design & Research at Medable, Inc. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of UX & Design & Research at Medable. In addition to their work at Medable, Kate also has experience as a Professor/Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, where they taught UX & UI Design. Their previous positions include Design Lead at Fjord, VP of Product & Design at Character Lab, Director of Design at Character Lab, Director of User Experience (UX) Design at Blackfynn, and Innovation Experience Designer at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System.
