Satish Nair

Satish Nair's work experience begins in 1998 as a Senior Consultant at HTC Global Services. Satish later worked at i2 Technologies as a Senior Manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Vice President of Professional Services at Metreo Inc, overseeing offshore services, customer training, and technical support. Satish then became the Vice President of Professional Services at Rapt Inc from 2005 to 2007, where they managed multi-discipline teams and administered the P&L.

From 2008 to 2011, Satish worked at Yahoo! as the Director of Engineering, guiding quality and release engineering teams and implementing standardized delivery artifacts. Satish then joined eBay as the Director of Engineering from 2011 to 2013, leading quality and performance engineering teams and achieving a 100% improvement in release velocity.

Satish's next role was as the Senior Director of Engineering at StubHub from 2013 to 2020. Satish led engineering across multiple locations, up-leveled legacy platforms, and managed global enterprise supply. Satish also served as the Senior Director of Engineering at StubHub, leading multiple locations.

In 2020, Satish joined JIFFY.ai as a Coach for Engineering Delivery, followed by a role as the Sr. Director, Head of Engineering Delivery - Google Account at EPAM Systems in 2020 and 2021. Currently, Satish is the Senior VP Engineering, Enterprise at Medable, Inc, where they manage remote engineering product teams, scales the organization, and partners with various stakeholders.

Satish Nair holds a PG Honors Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. Satish also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras. Additionally, Satish has obtained certifications in "Foundations of Decentralized Clinical Trials" from Medable, Inc and "Machine Learning: From Data to Decisions" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Satish is also certified as a Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner by Scrum.org.
