Giorgio Barbato

Giorgio Barbato is an experienced R&D Project Manager specializing in the spine sector at Medacta International since September 2019, with expertise in the production processes of the MyOsteotomy and MyKnee joints. Prior to this role, Giorgio completed an internship at Azienda Ospedaliera Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino, where the focus was on biomaterials and prosthetics, culminating in a BSc thesis on the modular neck in hip prostheses under the supervision of Enrica Vernè. Giorgio holds a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both earned from Politecnico di Torino.
