Later, Lisa earned a Master's degree in Quality Assurance from California State University-Dominguez Hills, from 2005 to 2018. In addition, they obtained certifications including the ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence in December 2016 and the ASQ Certified Quality Engineer in December 2006.
