James Biswas has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. James started their career with an internship at Kuehne + Nagel in 2007. James then worked as a Senior Executive in Administration and HR at Grameen Health Care Service Ltd in 2009. James later joined BRAC, South Sudan as a Financial Analyst, responsible for reporting, budgeting, and fund management. James also worked as a Finance and Admin Manager at Solidarity in 2011. James then joined World Vision in 2012 as a Senior Manager, overseeing corporate services, procurement, finance, and HR. James also played a vital role in staff development and organizational development programs. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Danish Refugee Council as a Human Resources and Administration Manager. James then joined Save the Children International as a Senior Manager in HR Operations from 2018 to 2019. James then worked at BRAC as a Manager in Budget, Finance, and Logistics from 2019 to 2021. Recently, James served as a Program Director-Operations at Food for the Hungry, Inc. from February to December 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Project Support Manager at Medair since February 2022 and will take on the role of Project Coordinator/Head of Field Office in 2023.
James Biswas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting & Information System from the University of Dhaka. James also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the International Qualification Network, which they obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), earned in the years 2013-2014.
