E-Learning Manager at Medality

Courtney Rose has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant at the American Cancer Society, where they managed office activities and assisted with fundraising events. In 2002, they transitioned to the Women's Crisis Center, serving as a Certified Counselor Advocate and providing counseling and case management services. During this time, they also wrote and awarded a grant to represent the organization at a conference.

In 2004, Courtney joined Infotrieve as a Document Delivery Specialist, processing research articles and book orders for Procter & Gamble. They also provided reference assistance in the absence of a supervising librarian. From 2005-2006, they worked as an Account Services Specialist at Accountants 2 You, where they provided technical account services for Xerox equipment.

Courtney then moved to Northern Kentucky University, where they held the position of Library Specialist II - Government Documents from 2006-2012. In this role, they processed documents according to procedures from the U.S. Government Printing Office.

From 2012-2016, Courtney worked as a Project Coordinator at Ipsos in North America, providing project support to a team of project and account managers. They tracked and reconciled invoicing, maintained project pipelines, and handled travel arrangements.

In 2016, Courtney joined Health Care Access Now as a Project Manager and later became an Operations Manager. In these roles, they oversaw grants, monitored contracts, maintained communication with stakeholders, and invoiced managed care payers. They also supervised client database integrity and data entry.

In 2020, Courtney held a role as an Order Manager at BTG Labs, where they were responsible for order management and coordination between cross-functional teams and customers. They also worked as a Data Entry Contractor at Popmenu, providing data entry and quality assurance for a SaaS provider to the restaurant and hospitality sector.

Most recently, Courtney has been working at Medality (formerly MRI Online) since 2021. They have held the positions of Online Support Specialist and E-Learning Manager, where they have facilitated courses in medical imaging, created online courses adhering to guidelines, and developed quality control workflows.

Courtney Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The Ohio State University, attending from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Courtney has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Online Learning from Duke University in February 2023, a certification in Understanding Information Architecture from LinkedIn in August 2021, and numerous certifications in various software programs and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint, Zoho CRM, and QuickBooks. Courtney also obtained an Ambra Academy Foundations certification from Ambra Health in August 2021.
