Gina Milne

Gina Milne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services across various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager and VP for Europe, Customer Org at Medallia since November 2019, Gina has previously held multiple senior positions within the same organization. Prior to Medallia, Gina worked at SumTotal Systems, LLC as VP of International Professional Services, and at Ellucian as PS/CS Regional Delivery Director for Europe. Gina also has significant experience at FICO™, having held various senior director roles including Senior Director of Customer Success and Operations. Earlier in Gina's career, positions at FICO included Director of Innovation and IP Management Global Professional Services, among others. Gina’s professional journey began at Nedbank as Collections and Recoveries Manager. Gina holds an education from WITS Business School.
