Jacob Platt

Jacob Platt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and professional services sector, currently serving as Principal for APAC at Medallia since January 2017. In this role, Jacob is tasked with the growth and development of the Professional Services Business across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Jacob held director and senior management positions at Medallia, where responsibilities included revenue management, customer satisfaction, and strategic consulting for major enterprise clients. Prior to joining Medallia, Jacob gained valuable experience at Deloitte Australia and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in various advisory and analytical roles. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Information & Communications Technology and Economics from the University of Western Sydney, as well as certifications in fitness and health education from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
