Kristi Krasula is an experienced program and customer success manager with a background in employee experience. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Medallia since August 2021, Kristi previously held roles at CultureIQ, where responsibilities included leading internal resourcing for a team of 40 program managers and driving new business. At Gartner from 2010 to April 2018, Kristi managed and mentored a team while evaluating and improving internal processes. Earlier experience at Valtera Corporation involved overseeing project managers, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring financial adherence. Kristi began a career in project management, executing large-scale employee opinion and feedback surveys for Fortune 500 companies. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Drake University.
