Kwanghak Kim is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales and management across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, bio-pharma, and ERP solutions. Currently serving as Country Manager at Medallia since January 2021, Kwanghak has previously held positions at Qualtrics as Sales Korea and at SAP Korea, where Kwanghak was the Head of Sales Incubation. With a career beginning as a Senior Account Manager at Hewlett-Packard, Kwanghak possesses extensive expertise in analytics and big data.
