Lee Becker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the public sector and healthcare, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor at Medallia. With a notable tenure at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Lee established the first customer experience office in the federal government, improving the experience for over 50 million Veterans. Lee has also held key leadership roles at various organizations, including the American Council for Technology and the Public Service Leadership Academy. An advocate for leadership and organizational change, Lee has contributed to higher education as an adjunct faculty member and has held multiple leadership positions within the Leadership VA Alumni Association.
