Jung Lee

Jung "Paul" Lee serves as General Counsel at Medalogix since July 2023, overseeing legal matters for a SaaS company, focusing on strategic transactions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, health care regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and employment issues. Prior to this role, Jung "Paul" Lee worked as Associate General Counsel at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice from December 2017 to July 2023, handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, health care regulatory matters, and labor and employment issues while managing outside counsel. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate at Carrington Coleman and DLA Piper LLP, as well as Attorney at Locke Lord LLP, all specializing in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Jung "Paul" Lee holds a J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
