Inna Plumb

Inna Plumb has a diverse professional background, beginning with a role as a Research Assistant at The Wharton School in 2007. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Barclays Capital, followed by a role as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore in 2011. In 2014, they joined Blue Apron as an Operations Manager, and was later promoted to National Director of Procurement and then Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Operations. In 2017, they moved to Dia&Co as Director of Finance. In 2018, they joined Redesign Health as Partner & Head of Venture Building, and later became a Partner. Inna also co-founded Ever/Body and served as an advisor to High Slope in 2020, as well as co-founding and serving as COO of MedArrive.

Inna Plumb attended George School from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a High School degree. Inna then attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011, obtaining a BS and BA in Finance and International Studies, respectively.
