Jodi Roark has been working in various roles related to application support and client services in the healthcare industry since June 2002. Currently working as a Manager for Application Support at MedAssets since February 2008, Jodi manages a team supporting corporate applications such as Salesforce, Remedyforce, Workfront, and SharePoint, providing Level 2 support for Salesforce application. Prior to this, Jodi held positions as a Business Analyst and Product Analyst at Accuro Healthcare Solutions, and as a Client Resource Manager and Account Manager at CodeCorrect. Jodi attended Yakima Valley College for education.
