Currently serving as the Director of Design and Innovation at Medavie Blue Cross/Croix Bleue Medavie since January 2022, Paolo previously held roles as Director of Client Journeys at Sun Life and Consultant - Studio Director at Disruptor League, MOFI. With a strong background in service design, Paolo led significant projects at SE Health, focusing on enhancing patient experiences and developing innovative healthcare delivery models.
