Darcy Clinton

Darcy Clinton has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and organizations. They began their career in 1999 as a Paramedic at Kings County EMS and later joined Island EMS as a Paramedic from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they transitioned to a managerial role as the Support Services Manager at Island EMS, where they served until 2015. During this time, they also took on the role of Acting Paramedic Chief from 2014 to 2015. In 2014, Darcy became the General Manager at MEDACOM Atlantic until 2022, during which they also served as the Acting General Manager from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to their present role, Darcy held the position of Director of Operations at Medavie Health Services. Additionally, they have been a Board Member of Paramedic Chiefs of Canada since 2016. Darcy also worked at Holland College as a Lab Facilitator from 2005 and later became a Learning Manager from 2010 to 2011. Darcy Clinton has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 1999, they pursued a diploma in Primary Care Paramedicine at Holland College. They then continued their education by obtaining another diploma in Advanced Care Paramedicine from the same institution, which lasted from 2003 to 2004. Finally, Darcy sought further education at the University of Prince Edward Island from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Certificate in Adult Education.
