Adam Pridham

Adam Pridham is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in network support and end-user assistance. Currently, Adam serves as the Manager of End User Support at Medavie since February 2019, having previously held several leadership roles, including Team Leader for both the IT Service Desk and Desktop Support. Prior to joining Medavie, Adam worked at Medavie Blue Cross, where roles included Technical Delivery Lead and Network Administrator, focusing on VoIP and TDM contact center solutions, SSL VPN, firewall/IPS, wireless, and networking. Adam holds a degree in Network Design and Administration Technology from NBCC Moncton and has completed advanced training through Harvard ManageMentor and Alliance Française.
