Razane Hanna

Razane Hanna is a Senior Strategist at Medavie, with previous experience as a Service Designer at Shared Services Canada, where efforts were focused on enhancing internal and external services. Prior roles include serving as Initiatives/Project Manager-Service Designer at Veterans Affairs Canada, where Razane developed a change management model and facilitated training in human-centered design. Earlier career experience consists of landscape architecture roles, including managing a public park project at Lashley + Associates Corporation and creating interactive installations at Nadim Karam & Atelier Hapsitus. Razane's educational background includes a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the American University of Beirut, complemented by a UX Design certification.
