Jim Morrow is the current Chief Technology Officer at MedAware Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Electrical Engineer at SKF Group from September 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they were the local lead engineer on a collaborative research project with the SKF Engineering Research Center based in the Netherlands. The project aimed to optimize the life of mobile and industrial equipment, while reducing the environmental impact of petroleum based products. Jim also led engineering efforts in telematics projects for remote monitoring and SMS notifications of system state and alerts. In addition, they oversaw the implementation of new quality control standards for the Product Development Engineering department.

Prior to their work at SKF Group, Jim Morrow served as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis from December 2003 to August 2005. In this role, they conducted research in the area of wireless networking and published papers on their findings. Jim also taught classes on computer networking and programming.

Before their time at Washington University in St. Louis, Jim Morrow worked as the Manager of Technology Products & Services at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. from October 1996 to August 2003. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and delivery of technology products and services to clients of the company. This included developing strategy and business plans, as well as managing budgets and timelines.

Their manager is Yom Senegor, CEO & Chairman. They work with Thomas K. Zink - Chief Medical Officer & Director, Rob Hamilton - Regional VP, Sales, and Solei Dyment - Regional VP, Sales.
