Siena Montero

Siena Montero has extensive experience in career coaching and consulting, currently serving as a Career Coach at Springboard and MedCerts since 2021 and 2022, respectively. Previous positions include Consultant in Client Services at Varsity Tutors for one year, Career Services Advisor at NYC Data Science Academy, and Analyst in R&D at GQR Global Markets. Siena also held the role of Career Mentor at the University of Nevada, Reno, and served as President of the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Additional experience includes Operations Associate at ARMR Systems and CEO Assistant at JoMI. Siena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Advanced Honors Diploma from Green Valley High School.
