Ginger Tinsley

Ginger Tinsley currently serves as the Association Manager and Membership Specialist at MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society since August 2021, having previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Advocacy and Membership Manager and Director of Membership. Tinsley has extensive experience in membership recruitment, retention, and management, overseeing a team and enhancing operational processes with Association Management Software. Earlier positions include Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at Kaeser Compressors USA and Membership Services Coordinator at the US Parachute Association. Tinsley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Longwood University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Germanna Community College, complemented by administrative and financial experience gained through earlier roles.
