Meagan Henderson

Meagan Henderson has extensive work experience in human resources and people services. Meagan currently works as a People Business Partner, Manager at Medecision since August 2021. Prior to this, they were a People Services Manager at DaVita Kidney Care from September 2018 to August 2021. Meagan also worked at DavitaRx as a People Services Generalist from September 2017 to November 2018. Meagan has experience in supporting pharmacy leadership teams and acting as a subject matter expert for teammates.

Earlier in their career, Meagan worked at Target from June 2014 to September 2017. Meagan held the role of Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, where they supported the store business in staffing, talent management, and scheduling. Meagan also served as a Human Resources District Resource, supporting store leaders and senior leadership across multiple stores in the Dallas/Forth Worth metro area.

Meagan's work history also includes roles as the Founder/CEO of Prodigy Research Corporation from 2012 to 2014, a Student-Athlete Tutor at Baylor University in 2013, and the Co-Founder/CEO of RepAtMyCampus in 2012. Meagan founded Blue Angel Creations and worked as a Designer from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Meagan gained experience as an Administrative Assistant to CFO at NowX Corporation from August 2007 to August 2009.

Meagan Henderson pursued their education starting from 1996 to 2009 at Liberty Christian School. Following that, they attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2009 to 2013, earning their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In 2013, Meagan then enrolled at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management in 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2022.
