Shawn Bell

Shawn Bell has amassed extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Beginning with their position at AAA Enterprises, they served as the General and Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, managing personnel, and implementing strategic developments.

Shawn then joined Business Objects as a Senior Technical Product Specialist, providing technical expertise and support to top-tier customers in resolving installation and deployment issues. Shawn collaborated with product management and engineering teams to contribute to the development cycle.

Subsequently, Shawn joined SAP as a Product Manager in the BusinessObjects division. In this role, they worked across departments to define and deliver products, from analyzing market requirements to assisting with feature specification and implementation.

Moving on, they joined QHR Software (acquired by Logibec) as the Manager of Product Management, responsible for the Enterprise Management Software (EMS) division. Shawn specialized in workforce management software and financial management software targeted at healthcare and social service environments.

Within Logibec, Shawn held multiple roles. As National Support Manager, they provided leadership and support to customer service teams. Shawn then became the Director of Client Services for Quadrant Solutions, overseeing a team that provided support and services to clients using Quadrant Financials and Quadrant Workforce application suites. Later, they transitioned to the role of the Director of Client Experience and Operations, where they ensured customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Most recently, Shawn joined MEDFAR Clinical Solutions, initially as the Head of Integration (M&A), and later promoted to the role of Vice President - Integration (M&A), Systems & IT. Their responsibilities involve overseeing integration activities, systems, and IT, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Shawn Bell's education history includes attending Capilano University, where they studied Finance and Marketing. They also attended TREBAS, specifically the Trebas Music Institute, where they focused on Music Law and Business. In addition to their degrees, Shawn Bell has obtained certifications as a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Pragmatic Institute and as a Certified Strategic Leader (CCSL) from ICMI.
